Job Title: Video Editor (Personal Brand & Short-Form Content)

Job Description

• We are looking for a strong, creative Video Editor to support the editing and repurposing of video content for a high-performance coaching brand. The role is focused on turning raw footage, recording content, and existing clips into premium, engaging short-form reels and social videos that reflect a powerful personal brand voice and identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit 10-15 short-form videos per week (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, vertical social content).
• Work with raw footage, pre-recorded content and existing long-form content to produce highly engaging, concise edits.
• Add subtitles, captions, transitions, and sound design elements to optimise engagement.
• Repurpose content from coaching sessions, podcast recordings, speaking engagements, events and older content.
• Ensure all edits reflect brand identity, tone, energy and message.
• Apply consistent colour grading and sound balancing.
• Maintain a clean, premium, high-performance look and feel in all edits.
• Work collaboratively to ensure fast turnaround times.

Requirementds
Skills & Experience Required:

• Advanced skills in Adobe Premium Pro (and general Adobe Suite).
• Strong short-form editing experience (this role is reel-focused).
• Skilled in colour grading and sound balancing.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling and visual engagement.
• Eye for detail and precision.
• Ability to work to weekly volume targets and deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

• Editing for personal brands, speakers, coaches, fitness creators, entrepreneurs, or thought leaders.
• Editing content in 7-45 seconds range.

Personal Qualities:

• Creative, resourceful and proactive.
• Fast turnaround without compromising quality.
• Strong understanding of what performs well on social platforms.
• Can work independently and take initiative.

Salary Range
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month (Depends on level of experience).
