Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our client’s team.
• The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth front-desk operations

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and client inquiries
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in requests efficiently
• Maintain accurate client records and update the booking system
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Coordinate with therapists and ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Promote spa services and retail products to clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (spa, hotel, or hospitality industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling systems
• Customer-oriented attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 Monthly.
