Job Title: Senior Lebanese Head Chef / Signature Menu Chef

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Lebanese Head Chef with strong nightlife dining experience to lead our kitchen operations and design a high-quality signature Lebanese-inspired menu.
The ideal candidate should have authentic Lebanese culinary background with expertise in mezze, grilled dishes, shawarma, pastries, sauces, and contemporary Middle Eastern plating styles suitable for an upscale lounge environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, design, and execute a signature Lebanese & fusion lounge menu aligned with brand identity.
Ensure modern food plating and presentation consistent with fine dining/lounge standards.
Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff in authentic Lebanese cooking styles and techniques.
Implement strict food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Manage kitchen cost control, including stock management, ingredient sourcing, and waste reduction.
Coordinate with Lounge Management on menu planning, seasonal updates, event menus, and promotions.
Maintain consistency in flavor, taste quality, and guest satisfaction.
Ensure effective night-shift kitchen workflow during high-demand periods.
Conduct tasting reviews, kitchen audits, and continuous improvement procedures.
Work closely with procurement to source premium ingredients and maintain supplier relationships.

Required Experience & Competencies
Must be Lebanese / of Lebanese culinary heritage (for authenticity of cuisine).
Minimum 6+ years professional chef experience, with at least 2+ years as Head Chef or Signature Chef.
Proven experience working in nightlife, upscale lounges, fine dining restaurants, or hotel dining.
Strong knowledge of Lebanese cuisine, including mezze, grilled dishes, dips, sauces, pastries, and contemporary fusion concepts.
Skilled in modern plating techniques and food presentation aesthetics.
Ability to lead, train, and manage multicultural kitchen teams.
Strong understanding of food cost control, portioning, and kitchen budgeting.
Must be comfortable working late-night shifts and fast-paced service environments.
Excellent communication, discipline, creativity, and leadership skills.
Benefits & Package
Monthly Salary: N600,000 – N800,000 (based on experience and skill level).
