Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Locations: Jabi - Abuja (FCT) and Victoria Island - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time & On-Site

Position Overview

• We are seeking highly motivated Sales Executives with a proven track record in real estate sales.
• The ideal candidate will be a skilled negotiator and relationship-builder, responsible for generating leads, managing client portfolios, and closing deals.
• You will be the face of our company, playing a pivotal role in achieving our sales targets and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively generate new sales leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, social media, and site visits. Ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Meet with potential clients, understand their property needs, and present suitable options from the company’s portfolio.
• Conduct compelling presentations and organize site inspections to showcase properties and highlight their unique value propositions.
• Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with buyers to secure sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring regular follow-up and fostering long-term relationships.
• Stay abreast of real estate market trends, competitor activities, and new developments to provide informed advice to clients and management.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts, pipelines, and achievements, to the Sales Manager.
• Guide clients through the sales process, including the understanding of offer letters, and assist in coordinating with the legal team for Agreement execution.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, specifically within the Nigerian real estate industry.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property laws, and financing options.
