Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Media Manager to join our team in the Security and Investigations industry.

• As a Social Media Manager, you will work closely with our marketing, public relations, and operational teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms.
• You will analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly, fostering a community of followers that perceives our brand as a leader in security and investigations.
• This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices, particularly within the specialized context of our industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy tailored to the Security and Investigations industry.
• Create, curating, and managing published content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to improve engagement and effectiveness of outreach efforts.
• Engage with our online community, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and incorporate feedback from various departments into social media initiatives.
• Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity to inform our strategies.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to promote our services and enhance visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the security and investigations sector.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality content.
• Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics software.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
