We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Media Manager to join our team in the Security and Investigations industry.

As a Social Media Manager, you will work closely with our marketing, public relations, and operational teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy tailored to the Security and Investigations industry.
Create, curating, and managing published content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to improve engagement and effectiveness of outreach efforts.
Engage with our online community, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and incorporate feedback from various departments into social media initiatives.
Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity to inform our strategies.
Manage social media advertising campaigns to promote our services and enhance visibility.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the security and investigations sector.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality content.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics software.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
