Pally Agro Products Limited is a leading FMCG and agro-processing company engaged in the production and distribution of quality agricultural products such as poultry birds, eggs, feeds, and other food items.

Job Title: Truck Driver

Location: Ashipa Village, Ogun

Job Summary

• As part of our commitment to operational efficiency and timely product delivery, we are seeking a responsible and experienced Truck Driver to join our logistics team.
• The Truck Driver will be responsible for transporting goods and products safely and efficiently to various destinations.
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent driving skills, knowledge of road safety regulations, and a strong sense of responsibility in handling company vehicles and goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks to deliver goods to designated locations on schedule.
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Load and unload products, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, trip logs, and fuel consumption reports.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Report any vehicle faults, damages, or required maintenance promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness and good condition of the assigned truck at all times.
• Support loading and offloading operations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics officers regarding delivery updates.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Logistics Supervisor or management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (possession of Class E or higher preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Truck Driver, preferably in an FMCG, logistics, or manufacturing company.
• Good knowledge of road networks and routes within Lagos and neighboring states.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and time management.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle checks and maintenance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be physically fit and able to work long hours when required.
