About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Experience Designer to join our dynamic, multicultural Hub.
The ideal candidate is a creative professional who blends design, strategy, and technology to bring brand stories to life.
This role requires a deep understanding of brand design principles, digital marketing workflows, and modern web technologies.
Responsibilities
Branding & Design:
The Brand Experience Designer will be responsible for designing and developing brand identity systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, and iconography.
They will create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and visual assets to ensure consistency across all materials. This includes designing both digital and print collateral such as brochures, business cards, presentations, and promotional materials.
The Designer will also develop engaging social media graphics and manage scheduling across relevant platforms, while providing expert brand consultation to maintain a unified brand presence across all client touchpoints.
Marketing & Strategy:
In collaboration with the marketing team, the Brand Experience Designer will support marketing consultations and contribute to content strategy sessions.
They will assist in landing page design, craft compelling marketing copy, and help set up and integrate CRM systems with social media and marketing campaigns.
Additionally, they will assist in developing, managing, and optimizing social media ads and digital campaigns to enhance audience engagement and achieve client marketing goals.
IT & Technical Services:
This role also involves providing technical support by building and maintaining client websites to ensure a seamless user experience.
The Designer will assist clients with domain purchases and initial website hosting setup, as well as manage routine website maintenance and updates.
They will help implement process automation using Zoho Flow or Zapier, support the basic setup of Zoho or Microsoft 365 ecosystems, and develop light custom applications using Zoho Creator to streamline client workflows and operations.
Client Communication:
The Brand Experience Designer will communicate directly with clients to gain a clear understanding of their brand vision, goals, and business needs.
Using approved communication channels, they will manage updates, collect feedback, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaboration with internal team members will be essential to deliver high-quality work on time, aligning with Hubmark’s standards of creativity, consistency, and excellence.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in a remote creative or technical environment.
Proven experience working with confidential data, digital assets, trademarks, and brand materials.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
Familiarity with Zoho, Zapier, CRM systems, and website builders (WordPress, Zoho Sites, Wix, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong copywriting and marketing communication skills.
Excellent time management, self-discipline, and ability to meet daily productivity expectations.
Other Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.
Willingness to undergo a background check, including submission of a police clearance letter from your jurisdiction.
Eagerness to learn and adopt Zoho Tools and other workflow systems.
Strong internet connection and suitable remote working environment.
