Job Summary

• Our client in the Education Industry is seeking a passionate, patient, and skilled Nursery and Primary Teacher to join our client’s school in Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will deliver engaging lessons, foster a positive learning environment, and ensure the academic and personal development of pupils.

Key Responsibilties

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons in line with the school curriculum.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor pupils’ progress, providing feedback to parents and school management.
• Foster good behaviour, discipline, and respect in the classroom. Organize and participate in school activities, excursions, and events.
• Maintain accurate student records and lesson plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of BSc Degree in Education or related fields (PGDE is an added advantage).
• 2 - 3 years proven teaching experience in a nursery and/or primary school.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and child development. Ability to work as part of a team and follow the school’s policies and standards.
• Must be committed, reliable, and ready to resume immediately.
