Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a first Degree not less than Second Class Lower Division in Computer Science/ Engineering, Information and Communications Science/Technology, and any other related discipline from a recognized University, plus NYSC Discharged/Exemption Certificate, plus at least two (2) years post-qualification cognate experience.
• Possession of a  Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science/Technology, Information and Communication Science/Technology and any other related discipline from a recognized University, plus at least two (2) years post-qualification cognate experience.
• Evidence of Professional Certification(s) by a relevant body is required.

Duties
Responsible to the Director of Digital Services to:

• Carry out on-the-spot systems investigation and finalizes the detailed layout of files.
• Study and analyze Systems problems.
• Organize systems examination and flow charting.
• Evaluate new systems design and integrates them into existing systems.
• Arrange data requirements for systems duty.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the superior officer

Salary and Conditions of Service

• Bowen University runs a unique remuneration package, which is similar to what obtains in other tertiary institutions.
• The University is a fully residential institution. Consequently, it is mandatory for the staff of the University to be resident within Iwo or Ogbomoso, as may be applicable.
