Job Title: Customer Service Intern

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Intern to support our customer engagement and satisfaction efforts.
• The ideal candidate will assist in handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the company’s values of excellence and care.
• This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in customer service and communication within a dynamic work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
• Ensure every interaction reflects empathy, professionalism, and prompt resolution.

Order Support:

• Assist in processing and tracking customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the logistics and sales teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns.

Customer Feedback Management:

• Record and monitor customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions.
• Support the development of improvement initiatives based on customer insights.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Prepare daily and weekly customer service reports.
• Assist in documenting recurring issues and recommending preventive measures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service quality.

Educational Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or ongoing studies) in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for providing outstanding service.
