  • Follow up with potential leads and nurture them through the client engagement funnel.
  • Gather and organize testimonials, feedback, and success stories for marketing use.

Social Media Management & Content Creation:

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc).
  • Design promotional graphics, flyers, and infographics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Record and edit short-form videos highlighting client success stories, visa updates, and helpful travel information.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule through a weekly or monthly content calendar.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online community relationships.
  • Track analytics and provide monthly reports on performance metrics and audience growth.
  • Collaborate with the operations and consulting teams to align content with organizational goals.

Administrative & Team Support:

  • Assist with scheduling virtual consultations and webinars.
  • Help coordinate marketing campaigns, referral programs, or client appreciation events.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 1–3 years of verifiable experience in client relations, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential client information; willingness to sign an NDA and follow data-protection procedures.
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or iMovie).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one Nigerian language (Pidgin acceptable).
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling, analytics, and advertising tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
