Job Title: Store Officer

Role Overview

• The Store Officer supports the day-to-day running of the store by managing the movement, organization, and documentation of décor materials, tools, and supplies.
• This role is vital to ensuring that all departments have the right materials at the right time, and that inventory remains organized, secure, and accounted for.
• The ideal candidate is neat, trustworthy, organized, and physically fit, with a good sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and issue materials and equipment to team members.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-arranged at all times.
• Assist in labeling, sorting, and tracking décor items, lights, ornaments, and tools.
• Maintain accurate daily records of stock movement (items received and issued).
• Report low-stock or missing items to the Store Manager or Supervisor promptly.
• Assist during loading and unloading of materials for installations.
• Handle all décor materials with care to avoid damage or loss.
• Support the inventory count and stock reconciliation process.
• Ensure the store is locked and secured after use.
• Follow all safety and company procedures during store operations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 1-3 years experience
• Prior experience in storekeeping, inventory, or logistics is an advantage.
• Must be organized, reliable, and responsible.
• Basic record-keeping or Excel knowledge is an added advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift moderately heavy items.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends during the festive season.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / Month
