FBC Beauty Home is a wellness and beauty company engaged in providing professional spa services and retailing high-quality beauty products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Personnel

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
• Monitor and manage the reception email account and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate personnel.
• Handle general inquiries and provide basic information about the organization to callers and visitors and,
• Assist in the Spa operations whenever needed and,
• Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
• 0 years experience
• Experience in a corporate or customer service environment is preferred.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Excellent communication
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to prepare management reports and correspondence
• Good initiative, time and stress management skills.
