We are looking for an experienced and dedicated NGO Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our nonprofit organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they align with our mission and objectives.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure project success.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing project plans, setting goals, and ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget.
You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, donors, and beneficiaries to ensure that projects meet their intended impact.
Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Include identifying project needs, securing funding, and managing budgets effectively.
You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, evaluating outcomes, and making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Additionally, you will be expected to prepare reports and presentations to communicate project results to stakeholders and donors.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
Experience in fundraising, grant writing, and stakeholder engagement is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plans to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in project management, nonprofit management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within the nonprofit sector.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in fundraising, grant writing, and budget management.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Patience and flexibility when working with people.
