Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment.
• Run errands, deliver documents, and assist with clerical tasks.
• Support office operations by handling basic administrative duties.
• Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.
• Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing office documents.
• Welcome guests and assist with inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Handle simple correspondence or direct messages appropriately.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or B.Sc Degree
• Must be neat, organized, and proactive.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must reside within or close to Lagos Island.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions diligently.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
