Job Title: HR Graduate Trainee

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We're seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy HR Graduate Trainee to join our team. As an entry-level role, you'll gain hands-on experience in HR operations, support our HR team, and develop valuable skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with employee data management, record-keeping, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support the recruitment team in various tasks.
• Utilize Excel to track HR metrics, create reports, and analyze data.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
• Familiarize yourself with our HR systems and software.
• Assist with HR-related technical tasks and troubleshooting.
• Participate in special projects, such as employee engagement initiatives or HR process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology or a related field with 0-2 years experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Tech-savviness and willingness to learn new HR systems and software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about HR and technology.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
