Job Summary

• As part of our continuous innovation drive, we are seeking a UI/UX Product Designer to join our Health Technology & Strategic Innovation Department. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional passionate about designing meaningful digital experiences that improve lives and advance the future of health technology.

Position Overview

• The UI/UX Product Designer will lead the design and development of intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital products for the firm’s health technology initiatives.
• You will be responsible for transforming complex concepts into visually appealing and functional interfaces that enhance user experience and product performance. Working closely with the Executive Director, Health Tech & Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping digital health products that align with the company’s strategic innovation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile health-tech applications — from research to wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into effective design strategies.
• Create design systems, UI style guides, and maintain brand consistency across all products.
• Develop interactive prototypes and mockups to communicate user flows and design concepts.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and seamless implementation.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to improve design quality and usability.
• Stay informed on emerging UI/UX trends, design tools, and digital health innovations.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design (experience in health-tech design is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with responsive and cross-platform interface design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
