We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead and scale TeKnowledge’s sales strategy across key markets — driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
This role requires a proven leader who can inspire high-performing teams, collaborate across functions, and align commercial strategies with TeKnowledge’s mission to deliver expert technology services in AI, Cybersecurity, Customer Experience (CX), Digital Skilling, and Enterprise Technology.
Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive sales and GTM strategy aligned with TeKnowledge’s growth objectives, ensuring revenue and market share targets are met or exceeded.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion into strategic markets and verticals within the assigned regions.
Client & Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular insights and reports to executive leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams — including marketing, delivery, and operations — to ensure customer satisfaction, alignment, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Public & Private Sector Engagement: Build strategic relationships with both private and public sector organisations to strengthen TeKnowledge’s presence and influence across markets.
Market Intelligence: Maintain an in-depth understanding of local and regional market dynamics, emerging technologies, competitors, and economic trends to inform data-driven decision-making.
Global Collaboration: Work closely with global and regional teams to align strategies, share best practices, and deliver excellence across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field – required.
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) – preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the technology or consulting industry.
Proven record of success driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles.
Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing, multicultural sales teams.
Strong understanding of AI, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Technology services.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver operational excellence.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and business acumen skills.
Proven ability to operate in a global, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.
High emotional intelligence, integrity, and a collaborative leadership style.
Professional fluency in English and local languages as required.
