Responsibilities
You will:

• Conduct rigorous research and data analysis to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and scale innovative models.
• Translate complex problems into clear insights to guide decision-making at the leadership level.
• Track pilot performance, generate learnings, and recommend pivot points.
•  Your work will directly influence how we serve our members better, faster, and more sustainably.

Requirements

• A Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• We’re cultivating change, and that takes a special kind of talent—like a skilled farmer tending a prize-winning crop.
• You’ll thrive in this role if you’re intellectually curious, action-oriented, and passionate about solving real-world problems.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus).
• Experience in innovation, strategy, consulting, or product development.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can turn data into decisions.
