Job Title: Head Cook

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate meal preparation.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and quality of all dishes.
• Manage stock, supplies, and kitchen inventory efficiently.
• Train and mentor kitchen team members on cooking techniques and safety standards.
• Work closely with management to plan menus and introduce new dishes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Cook or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Culinary certification or relevant qualification is an added advantage.
