We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk / Receptionist

Location: Uromi, Edo
Employment Type: Contract

Core Duties

• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Maintain guest records and process payments
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and complaints professionally
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and professional appearance
• Uphold confidentiality of guest data and transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. / HND in Hospitality, Business Admin, or related field
• Experience: 1 – 3 years in hotel or short-let guest management.

Skills:

• Communication
• Multitasking
• POS handling
• Basic accounting,
• MS Excel.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month
