We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Client Relation Officer to join our esteemed organization within the Security and Investigations industry.
As a Client Relation Officer, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service.
This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of client management principles. You will be responsible for acting as the primary liaison between our clients and various internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise.
Your expertise will contribute to enhancing client satisfaction and retention, which are crucial for the sustained growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner.
Prepare and present reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels.
Assist in the onboarding process of new clients to familiarize them with our services.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their evolving needs and service requirements.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and outcomes for reporting and review purposes.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in client relations or a customer service role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
Knowledge of security industry standards and practices is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
