We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Full-stack Developer

Locations: Lagos and Ibadan, Oyo

Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack & Mobile Developer with experience in both backend/frontend development and mobile applications.
• The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and mobile apps (iOS and Android).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features from concept to production.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile apps and web applications.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints to support web and mobile clients.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Implement automated testing and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain code quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development and mobile app development.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Backend: Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java
  • Mobile: React Native, Flutter, or native development (Swift/Kotlin)
• Experience with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write modular, reusable code.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fintech, healthtech, or other impact-driven tech sectors.
• Knowledge of scalable architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven systems).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Exposure to UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards.
