Job Description

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep all production machines performing at their absolute best — safe, steady, and efficient.
• Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs that actually prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults — fast and confidently.
• Manage daily start-ups, shutdowns, and the rhythm of production.
• Train operators to handle equipment safely and smartly.
• Manage spare parts, documentation, and vendor relationships like a pro.
• Keep finding better ways to make our lines run smoother, faster, and longer.

Requirements
What You Should Bring

• HND qualification / B.Eng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in FMCG / Food Production.
• Solid knowledge of mixers, filling, capping, conveyors, and sealing lines.
• Deep knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and automation.
• A cool head when things go wrong, and a sharp mind for preventing them in he first place.
• A love for tinkering, problem-solving, and fine-tuning processes until they shine.
• The self-drive to take ownership, and the foresight to stay three steps ahead.
