Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical & Electronic Engineer to join our technical team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electrical and electronic systems, equipment, and components.
• This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a hands-on approach to ensure efficient operations and innovation within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical and electronic systems, equipment, and components.
• Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of electrical/electronic systems to minimize downtime.
• Develop and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and circuit diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, R&D) to support project execution.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and manuals for equipment and systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and innovations in electrical and electronic engineering.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to junior staff where required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng / B.Tech) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of proven experience in electrical and electronic engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electronic circuits, automation, and control systems.
• Proficiency in using engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB, PLC programming, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and technical reporting skills.
• Professional certifications or membership in relevant engineering bodies (COREN, NSE, etc.) will be an added advantage.
