About the Role
We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and dynamic graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program in Human Resources, Electrical Engineering, Production, and Assembly Supervision.
This structured program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development aimed at preparing trainees for full-time roles within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
General Responsibilities (All Tracks):
Participate actively in on-the-job training, workshops, and departmental rotations.
Support day-to-day operations and projects under supervision.
Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a strong willingness to learn.
Contribute innovative ideas to improve departmental efficiency and processes.
Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations.
Human Resources Trainee:
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Support HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
Maintain accurate HR records and help coordinate training sessions.
Participate in policy development and performance management processes.
Electrical Engineering Trainee:
Assist in the design, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Participate in project planning, documentation, and implementation.
Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Production Trainee:
Learn and apply principles of lean manufacturing and production efficiency.
Assist in monitoring production lines to ensure output targets and quality standards are met.
Support process improvement initiatives and operational planning.
Prepare reports on production performance and material utilization.
Assembly Supervisor Trainee:
Gain exposure to assembly line operations and supervisory responsibilities.
Assist in coordinating assembly team activities to meet production schedules.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly efficiency.
Qualifications
HND / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field:
Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations (HR Track)
Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Production/Assembly Tracks)
0–2 years of work experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn industry-specific tools.
High level of integrity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
