Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary
As Chief Financial Officer, you’ll be the firm’s financial architect; building systems that support growth, safeguard capital, and translate financial insight into strategic advantage.
You’ll guide the company’s fiscal direction, ensuring every decision strengthens the balance sheet, empowers investors, fuels sustainable expansion and optimizes cost & profit.
You see beyond reports and ratios; you see cause and consequence. You anticipate financial challenges before they surface and design structures that keep the organization resilient through every market cycle.
This role demands precision, judgment, and integrity. You’ll partner with the CEO and executive team to drive financial performance, manage risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across all operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement the firm’s financial strategy to support business growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
Capital & Fund Management: Oversee capital allocation, liquidity, and cash flow to ensure optimal deployment of financial resources across the firm’s portfolios and operations.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Deliver timely, accurate financial statements and management reports. Provide strategic insights to the CEO and Board to inform decision-making.
Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with SEC, PENCOM, FRC, and other regulatory frameworks. Oversee internal controls, audits, and risk management processes.
Investor & Stakeholder Relations: Engage with shareholders, investors, and external auditors to maintain transparency, trust, and credibility in the firm’s financial practices.
Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency through budgeting discipline, cost optimization, and automation of finance processes to improve performance and scalability.
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and advisors to strengthen the firm’s financial position and expand access to growth capital.
Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and strategic thinking.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) required; MBA or Master’s in Finance is a strong advantage.
10–15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership, preferably within asset management, banking, or investment firms.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial operations and regulatory environments.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and modeling skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with board-level experience preferred.
Proven leadership and team management capability.
High integrity, strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of financial risk and governance.
