We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, executing marketing campaigns and representing the company both online and offline.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to creatively identify opportunities for growth and brand expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management:
Promote and sell range of candles, diffusers and home scent products through direct and indirect sales channels.
Attend trade fairs, pop-ups and events weekly to pitch Faro products, secure partnerships and create brand awareness.
Follow up with existing clients and potential customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
Manage and grow relationships with stockists, retail partners, and wholesalers.
Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients and corporate orders.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales data for reporting and analysis.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
Develop creative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales conversions.
Work closely with the social media manager to align campaigns, promotions, and visuals with business goals.
Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns (e.g., Valentine’s, Christmas, Mother’s Day) with measurable outcomes.
Create engaging marketing materials and assist in developing promotional content for social media and website.
Identify and build partnerships that can expand the brand’s reach and customer base.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, detailing performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Track expenses and ensure marketing spend aligns with budget goals.
Provide management with data-driven feedback to improve sales processes and marketing efficiency.
Communication & Collaboration:
Maintain prompt and professional communication with all customers (target: respond within 30 minutes during business hours).
Collaborate with the production team to ensure products are available and ready for delivery according to customer needs.
Participate in regular strategy and performance meetings with HR and management.
Requirements & Qualifications
HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of proven experience in sales or marketing (preferably in retail, lifestyle, or consumer goods).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — must be able to speak and write clearly, persuasively, and confidently.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
Proactive, self-motivated, and organized with a creative mindset.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media engagement.
Comfortable conducting physical marketing visits and interacting with clients in different locations.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
