About the Role

• We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in PHP (Laravel) and modern frontend technologies to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving web applications that deliver excellent user experiences and robust backend performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Laravel framework.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other external services.
• Build and enhance responsive front-end interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js or React).
• Manage database structures, migrations, and optimization
• Architect and implement scalable solutions, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Maintain and refactor existing codebases to improve performance and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade systems when necessary.
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments for new product features and improvements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and proactively recommend improvements to enhance product scalability and user experience.
• Participate in technical decision-making and contribute to the overall product roadmap from a development perspective.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ proven years of professional experience in full stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with Vue.js or React.js frameworks.
• Good understanding of software architecture, security practices, and deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of unit testing
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar) and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
