Singa Fintech is a fintech company aimed at providing quick loans to consumers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesales Agent

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Work Days: 6 days a week (Monday – Sunday, with 1 day off rotation)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote company products and services.
• Persuade customers to make repayments or take up financial offers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and follow-up actions.
• Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
• Handle customer questions and objections effectively, providing clear and helpful responses.
• Work closely with the Customer Service and Collections teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone and closing deals.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated under pressure.
• Experience in fintech lending or related financial services is an added advantage.
• Must be reliable, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
