Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and providing security solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:

• Present and promote our security services to existing and prospective clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
• Provide excellent customer service to drive satisfaction and retention.

Sales Performance:

• Achieve sales targets and objectives within set timelines
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis to meet customer needs
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to drive sales growth.

Market Intelligence:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Identify new opportunities and threats in the market
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on security services
• Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales role
• Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale sales pursuits and complex deals
• Strong understanding of security industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• In-depth knowledge of Lagos State and its environment
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
