Job Summary
The Restaurant Outlet Manager at Bukkateria Fast Food is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational excellence in the day-to-day management of the outlet.
The role ensures consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences, high food quality standards, efficient staff performance, and sustainable profitability.
The Outlet Manager supervises the Assistant Manager, Supervisors, and other team members while reporting directly to senior management with key operational insights and improvement recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
Enforce Bukkateria’s food quality, hygiene, presentation, and service delivery standards.
Supervise inventory management through the Storekeeper to minimize shortages, wastage, or stock variances.
Ensure production aligns with the Bukkateria Production Guide, maintaining flexibility to adapt to operational realities.
Guarantee timely opening, readiness, and smooth closing of the outlet each day.
Staff Leadership & Development:
Lead, motivate, and manage outlet staff to achieve performance excellence and a positive workplace culture.
Draft staff rosters, shift plans, and leave schedules.
Support HR in recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of junior staff.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, manage disciplinary actions, and promote professional growth.
Foster teamwork, accountability, and alignment with company values.
Customer Service Management:
Champion outstanding customer service and ensure prompt resolution of escalated issues.
Monitor customer feedback channels (in-person, online, or survey-based) to identify improvement opportunities.
Drive customer retention by ensuring consistent satisfaction and experience quality.
Financial Management & Reporting:
Approve and validate daily sales reconciliations, cash summaries, and petty cash reports.
Control operational costs and implement efficiency measures to improve profitability.
Consolidate and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (Sales, Yield, Petty Cash, Inventory, Food Display, and Management Reports) to the General Manager/CEO. Remove highlighted portion
Monitor revenue trends and recommend strategic adjustments to improve sales performance.
Compliance, Hygiene & Safety:
Enforce strict compliance with food safety, occupational health, and company policy standards.
Supervise hygiene, sanitation, and safety checks across all departments.
Ensure routine maintenance of kitchen and service equipment for optimal performance.
Maintain full compliance with regulatory and company audit requirements.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
Collaborate with management to execute local marketing activities, meal promotions, and themed events.
Analyze customer demand trends and recommend new menu options, combo offers, or seasonal specials.
Support community engagement initiatives to strengthen the brand’s visibility and reputation.
Collaboration & Strategic Alignment:
Coordinate effectively with the Finance, Procurement, HR, and Logistics departments to align outlet operations with company-wide goals.
Demonstrate proactive leadership by identifying operational challenges and implementing effective solutions.
Communicate regularly with management to provide feedback, insights, and improvement proposals.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or fast-casual restaurant operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
Experience with Chineses, Fine dinning or known fast food brand.

Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
