Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Location: Victoria Island / Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-oriented Waiter to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers promptly and politely.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining spaces.
• Ensure guests are satisfied and address any concerns courteously.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Qualification: NCE/OND
• Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of hospitality and customer care.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Neat appearance, good manners, and a positive attitude.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player.

Schedule:

• Full-time / Shift-based
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Salary
N90,000 monthly.
