Faveremit is a fast-growing fintech company simplifying digital payments and financial access across Africa. Our platform allows users to trade and redeem gift cards, create and fund virtual dollar cards, send and receive money globally, pay bills, and convert currencies with ease.

Job Description

• The Marketer is responsible for promoting Faveremit’s products and services, including virtual dollar cards, crypto trading, remittance, and gift card exchange, to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and retention.
• The role involves creating impactful marketing campaigns, engaging content, and strategies that highlight Faveremit’s core value: “One App, Endless Opportunities.”

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and attract new users to the Faveremit app.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms.
• Identify target audiences and design tailored marketing messages that convert.
• Work with design and media teams to produce eye-catching graphics, videos, and promotional content.

Social Media & Content Management:

• Manage and grow Faveremit’s social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Create engaging posts, trends, and campaigns that boost community engagement and brand loyalty.
• Monitor analytics and insights to measure content performance and adjust strategies.
• Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages promptly to maintain positive customer relationships.

Brand Promotion & Partnerships:

• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and affiliates to increase brand reach.
• Plan and execute offline marketing activities like campus activations, sponsorships, and events.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with Faveremit’s visual identity and tone.
• Build partnerships with tech and finance communities to promote Faveremit’s ecosystem.

Campaign Analysis & Reporting:

• Track performance of all marketing campaigns (CPC, conversions, engagement, retention).
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports showing marketing ROI and growth metrics.
• Suggest improvements and creative ideas for better campaign performance.

User Growth & Retention:

• Drive user sign-ups, referrals, and app downloads through targeted promotions.
• Develop loyalty programs and referral campaigns that encourage repeat use.
• Conduct user surveys and feedback sessions to understand customer needs and improve satisfaction.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the product, design, and customer support teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Assist in developing ad copy, newsletters, and press releases.
• Support marketing events, app launch campaigns, and community outreach programs.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising.
• Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into viral campaigns.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills.
• Data-driven approach with knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar tools.
• Passion for fintech, crypto, and financial innovation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
