Position Overview
As the Agile Product Owner for the Product Management Career Path and Career Immersion Program, you will own the strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of immersive, hands-on learning experiences that prepare learners for real-world product roles.
This role blends Agile product ownership, curriculum design, experiential learning leadership, and structured mentorship.
You will guide learners through work experience programs and rotational career immersions, where they build or contribute to live projects using industry-standard tools, agile methods, and professional collaboration practices.
You’ll also serve as a career coach, helping participants strengthen both technical and soft skills, prepare for interviews, and transition confidently into job placements or leadership tracks.

Serve as the Product Owner of the learner journey, ensuring that every stage — from onboarding to capstone completion — delivers measurable value.
Provide structured guidance across project ideation, discovery, design, development, testing, and iteration.
Mentor learners on soft skills and technical skills, including stakeholder management, teamwork, communication, and decision-making.

Work cross-functionally with curriculum, content, data, and operations teams to align course development with strategic goals and market trends.

Host and moderate community events, group discussions, and live Q&A sessions to promote networking, shared learning, and industry engagement.
Collaborate with industry leaders, guest mentors, and alumni to deliver expert sessions, fireside chats, and practical case studies that enrich the learning experience.
Represent the curriculum at internal reviews, product demos, and external education forums, acting as the voice of the learner and advocate for continuous innovation.
Assessment, Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:
Define and apply structured evaluation rubrics to assess learner assignments, projects, and capstone deliverables consistently.
Use feedback loops, learner surveys, Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and retrospective sessions to identify improvement areas and enhance curriculum effectiveness.
Conduct data-driven retrospectives after each cohort or sprint cycle to identify what worked, what didn’t, and how to iterate for better outcomes.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in product management, technology, analytics, and agile frameworks, ensuring the curriculum remains current and competitive.
Translate performance data and learner feedback into actionable backlog items and prioritized curriculum enhancements.
Metrics, Reporting & Impact Measurement:
