Job Summary

• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to identify market trends and customer needs, allowing us to tailor our marketing initiatives accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility within the security sector.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and sales tools that effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and web advertising.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee content creation for marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and blog posts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, clients, and stakeholders to foster networking opportunities and potential collaborations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the security and investigations industry.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with marketing analytics software to track campaign performance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• NYSC certification of completion or exemption.
