Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the security and investigations sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and client needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms for the company.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business development strategies.
• Monitor industry developments and competitive landscape to inform business planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the security industry.
• Proven track record of successful sales and business growth.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Analytical skills with the capability to conduct market research and data analysis.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management.
