Job Summary
To drive sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships for Acouns Laboratory by promoting laboratory testing and diagnostic services to hospitals, clinics, and corporate organizations.
The role focuses on expanding market presence, building long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the company’s overall revenue growth through innovative marketing and business strategies.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate organizations for laboratory services.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients through effective communication and service follow-up.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and market trends in diagnostic and laboratory services.
Develop proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and brand visibility initiatives.
Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and outreach programs to promote Acouns Laboratory services.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, and Laboratory) to ensure excellent client service delivery.
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet set targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to management on client needs, market trends, and service improvement opportunities.
Support the development and implementation of customer retention strategies.
Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by management.
Conduct in-depth market research to compute target audience demographics, competitor analysis, and identify low-hanging, profitable partnership opportunities with potential clients and stakeholders.
Drive the acquisition and onboarding of new clients, including doctors, pharmacies, corporate Human Resources departments (for pre-employment screenings), and other commercial entities.
Woo doctors and key personnel of major hospitals and healthcare facilities by presenting the quality, reliability, and affordability of Acouns Laboratory services.
Proactively pursue partnerships with primary, secondary, and tertiary healthcare facilities to expand the laboratory's referral network.
Act as the primary liaison for the dissemination of information and stakeholder management. Conduct regular visits to prospective clients, active clients, and other key stakeholders to maintain engagement.
Seek and secure collaborations with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) engaged in health awareness campaigns (e.g., Breast Cancer, HIV/AIDS, HBV), leveraging these partnerships to increase service reach.
Sensitize religious bodies and community groups on the importance of routine and annual medical checkups, including pre-marital screening, to boost peaceful and healthy living.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with major stakeholders that guarantee continuous patronage and establish a quality feedback mechanism for continuous service improvement and scaling.
Design and provide Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that clearly define the scope of services and obligations Acouns Laboratory has with respective clients, ensuring clarity and guaranteeing a long-term business relationship.
Build a robust Customer Information Sheet (CIS) or database of prospective, active, and non-active clients to enable targeted marketing efforts and effective client relationship management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the healthcare, laboratory, or diagnostics sector.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing strategic partnerships.
