Job Title: Baker / Pastry Chef

Position Overview

• We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Experienced Baker to join our culinary team and support our daily bakery and breakfast operations.
• The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on baking experience, excellent time management, and the ability to produce consistent, high-quality baked goods suitable for hotel and special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake bread, rolls, pastries, and specialty items for breakfast, room service, and events
• Manage dough preparation, proofing, baking, and finishing with efficiency and precision
• Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation according to hotel standards
• Follow recipes while also contributing new ideas for seasonal or guest-focused offerings
• Coordinate with colleagues and kitchen team to meet daily production needs
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards in the bakery station
• Monitor stock levels and communicate ingredient needs in a timely manner
• Assist with special events, and high-volume service when required

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional baking experience (hotel or high-volume environment preferred)
• Strong understanding of bread making, pastry techniques, and food safety procedures
• Ability to work early mornings, and weekends
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to handle fast-paced operations and prioritize tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
