We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Secretary

Location: Lagos
Industry: Banking

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact, screen and redirect phone calls, and handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Make and confirm travel arrangements and organize logistics for events and meetings.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems and ensure information is organized and accessible.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute them as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and other staff, departments, and external clients to facilitate communication and maximize workflow.
  • Conduct research, generate reports, assist with basic bookkeeping, and handle financial records or invoices.
  • Maintain and organize the executive's daily, weekly, and monthly calendar, schedule appointments, and plan meetings and conferences.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
