About the Role

• We are looking for a confident and results-driven individual to help us grow our client base and promote our cleaning services. The ideal person will be great at building relationships, closing deals, and representing our brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients interested in cleaning services
• Promote and sell the company's cleaning packages to new and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to close sales deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations or proposals to potential clients.
• Keep detailed records of all sales activities and client communications.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Rquirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2-3 years working experience
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client relations, preferably in a service-based industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic use of CRM or tracking tools.
• Passionate about customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Willingness to work on the field and meet clients physically when needed.
• Confident, energetic, and professional in appearance and manner.
