Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst — someone who can gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, manage end-to-end delivery, and ensure successful implementation for both internal products and client solutions.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical, structured, and execution-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple product streams, and can lead complex projects from ideation to deployment.
Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
Engage directly with clients to understand business needs, workflows, and pain points.
Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and system analysis.
Translate business requirements into detailed BRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.
Evaluate existing systems, tools, and data structures to recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
Work closely with the product, engineering, and AI/automation teams to define product scope.
Technical Documentation:
Create documentation including system architecture outlines, data flow diagrams, API requirements, acceptance criteria, and compliance/security documents.
Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure version control.
Senior Project Management:
Lead end-to-end project delivery for internal SaaS products (including the AI Agent Suite Platform) and client automation/technical transformation projects.
Own project planning, timelines, sprints, and reporting.
Run daily standups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder sessions.
Identify and manage risks, blockers, and resource needs.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to Strivo Labs’ quality standards.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
Provide weekly project updates, status reports, and executive summaries.
Facilitate requirement clarifications and manage expectation alignment.
Ensure high client satisfaction during and after implementation.
Product & Technical Strategy Support:
Work with leadership to shape product direction, feature prioritization, and roadmap planning.
Contribute to competitive analysis and market research for SaaS products.
Support data privacy, security, and compliance discussions, especially for fintech and enterprise clients.
Quality Assurance & UAT Support:
Oversee testing of features before deployment.
Create test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing.
Validate that delivered solutions meet business and technical requirements.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Work directly with engineers, UI/UX designers, AI experts, business development, and operations.
Support onboarding materials for new clients, especially for the AI Agent Suite.
Mentor junior analysts or project coordinators as needed.
Key KPIs (Performance Indicators)
Project Delivery: percentage of projects delivered on time and within scope.
Documentation Quality: accuracy, completeness, and clarity of BRDs, user stories, and system specifications.
Client Satisfaction: monthly feedback score and retention.
Product Development: velocity of requirements converted into shipped features.
UAT & Quality: defect rate and number of post-deployment issues.
Team Coordination: sprint completion rate and team velocity.
Process Efficiency: reduction in bottlenecks and operational delays across projects.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of APIs, automation workflows, SaaS platforms, and integrations.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical documentation.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint planning.
Experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Figma, Postman, Notion, Confluence, Draw.io, or Miro.
Knowledge of AI agents, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code tools (bonus).
Project Management:
5–8 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or product operations.
Proven experience leading technology or digital transformation projects end-to-end.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
Analytical & Communication:
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
Excellent documentation skills.
Strong client-facing communication and ability to manage senior executives.
High sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
