Job Title: Deputy General Manager, Marketing

Summarized Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals for the company.
• Lead and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms for the marketing team.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Oversee brand positioning and messaging consistency.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
• Mentor and guide marketing team of the company

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Marketing or other related areas.
• MBA is also an advantage.
• Must have 15 - 20 years Core Marketing experience in Food or beverages (Mandatory).
• Must currently be in brand and marketing leadership role.
