Job Summary

• We are looking outfor NYSC members to fill the following positions:
  • Web Developer
  • Sales/Marketing
  • Content Creator.

Job Description
Web Developer:

• The Web Designer will be responsible for creating and managing visually appealing and user-friendly websites, ensuring proper functionality, and implementing design principles to enhance the user experience.
• Utilize practical applications of AI tools for design automation, content generation, or analytics.
• Maintain and update existing websites by identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design/functionality issues efficiently.

Sales/Marketing:

• The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets.

Content Creator:

• The Video Content Creator will be responsible for producing compelling and engaging video content for social media platforms.
• They will collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects that align with the company's brand and marketing goals.
• Produce content, including recording of brand ambassadors and collaborators, edit and post on social media platforms.

Desired Skills and Attribut
Web Designer:

• Proven experience as a Web Developer, demonstrating proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.
• Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, React, Vue.js) and back-end languages/frameworks (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js) is preferred.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and web development tools (e.g., IDEs, Code Igniter, Laravel, package managers) is a plus.
• Strong Back end integration frameworks and database management using technologies like MYSQL, PHP
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles
• Proficient in use of AI vibe coding to create Websites landing pages and applications
• Proficient in the use of LLMs like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, etc
• Ability to work with design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), problem-solving skills
• Time management skills.

Sales Executive:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, persuasive abilities
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Self-motivated
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Good product knowledge, presentation skills.

Content Creator:

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Inshot, Capcut, and other video editing tools)
• Experience in shooting and editing videos, Skits, etc with creativity in storytelling and visual aesthetics
• Understanding of social media trends and best practices
• Ability to create short-form videos optimized for different social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok)
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of video formats and specifications for social media
• Proficient in use of AI tools for content scripting creation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• Strong communication skills.
