Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Grants and Project Coordinator.
This is a critical, high-impact role responsible for managing the organization's entire funding pipeline.
The Coordinator will identify and secure grants while simultaneously overseeing end-to-end project execution to ensure strict compliance with all funding and regulatory requirements.
Success in this role demands meticulous attention to detail, robust project management skills, and exceptional diplomacy in liaising with internal teams, partners, and external donors.
Responsibilities (What the Role Does)
Funding & Compliance:
Research and identify suitable grant opportunities.
Develop and submit grant proposals, ensuring alignment with funding requirements.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial accountability.
Stay informed about relevant funding regulations and best practices.
Project Execution & Reporting:
Manage grant application processes and maintain accurate documentation.
Coordinate project planning, execution, and reporting in compliance with grant guidelines.
Track project milestones and prepare progress reports for funders and management.
Stakeholder Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure grant-funded projects meet objectives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of successful grant applications.
Timely execution and completion of grant-funded projects.
Compliance with reporting and funding guidelines.
Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement levels.
Core Experience & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in grant writing, project coordination, or nonprofit management.
Essential Knowledge: Strong grant writing and research skills, numeracy, and financial literacy.
