Position Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and growth of our TV station. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase audience engagement, expand reach, and strengthen the brand.
• This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in social media management and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the TV station’s programming, events, and initiatives.
• Plan and implement campaigns to increase audience reach, engagement, and loyalty.
• Oversee the station’s presence across social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging, content creation, and community management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production, content, and sales, to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as advertisers, sponsors, media partners, and influencers.
• Analyze marketing performance using analytics tools, reporting insights and recommending improvements to maximize impact.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are cost-efficient and deliver measurable results.
• Stay updated on media and marketing trends, emerging technologies, and audience preferences to inform innovative strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field with 3 years experience.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in media, television, or digital platforms.
• Strong expertise in social media management, digital marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Preferred:

• Experience working in the television or broadcast industry.
• Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
