Job Description

• We are urgently looking for a dedicated and experienced chef to join our team in Ketu. We need someone with proven experience as a Grill chef.

Key Responsibilities

• Grilling Expertise: Consistently preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes (meat, poultry, fish, etc.) to customer specifications.
• Food Prep: Assisting with the preparation of ingredients used in the grill section.
• Quality Control: Ensuring all food is cooked correctly, presented attractively, and meets the highest standards.
• Cleanliness: Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the grill area and equipment.
• Stock Management: Monitoring stock levels of grill ingredients and reporting shortages.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Grill Chef or similar role is essential.
• Expert knowledge of various grilling techniques, temperatures, and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently and quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.

Salary
N100,000 / month
