We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Lagos

Summary

  • The branch manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, driving sales performance, ensuring target achievement, supervising staff, and maintaining excellent service delivery
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership abilities and proven experience in sales, team management, customer relations, and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily branch activities to ensure efficiency, compliance, and productivity.
  • Monitor branch workflow, staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across customer service, sales, KYC, and administrative teams.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Sales & Target Achievement:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to drive conversions and meet KPIs.
  • Monitor lead flow, track performance, and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer trends, and branch-level business growth strategies.

Team Leadership & Staff Management:

  • Recruit, supervise, train, and mentor staff within the branch.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement coaching plans for underperforming staff.
  • Maintain a positive work environment that promotes productivity and teamwork.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure accountability across all units.

Customer Experience & Relationship Management:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery across the branch.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Build strong client relationships to support retention and referrals.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with company processes, documentation standards, and KYC requirements.
  • Ensure all assets and inventory are properly managed and accounted for.
  • Collaborate with HR, Admin, Finance, and IT as required.

Strategic Contribution:

  • Participate in management meetings and contribute to organizational decision-making.
  • Recommend operational improvements and innovation opportunities.
  • Support implementation of new systems, policies, and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in branch management, operations, sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service standards and sales processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
