Job Title: Mobile Developer

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Mobile Developer to join our technology team on a full-time, on-site basis.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performing mobile applications.
• This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and/or iOS.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional and appealing mobile interfaces.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and stability of applications.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, designers, and QA teams.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and backend services.
• Maintain clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on emerging mobile technologies and development trends.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in sprint planning and product reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 – 8 years of hands-on experience as a mobile developer.
• Proficiency in one or more mobile development frameworks and languages, such as:
  • Flutter / Dart
  • React Native
  • Kotlin / Java (Android)
  • Swift (iOS)
• Experience building and deploying apps to Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, state management, and app performance optimization.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork ability.
