Job Title: Business Development Manager - Real Estate

Job Description

  • The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a key revenue-generating role focused on identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities.
  • The BDM will be responsible for building a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, nurturing client relationships, and converting leads into sales.
  • This role is crucial for expanding the company’s client base and partner network.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Actively seek out and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling,
  • market research, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of
  • sales targets.
  • Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies for different customer segments (e.g., high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, diaspora investors).

Client & Partner Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored real estate solutions.
  • Onboard, manage, and nurture relationships with realtor partners, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to sell Springpet Homes' properties.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the initial stages of the buyer journey.

Sales Execution & Conversion:

  • Conduct property presentations and site inspections for potential buyers and partners.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring a smooth handover to the operations team for fulfillment.

Market Intelligence:

  • Provide feedback from the field on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to the Head of Commercial and marketing team.
  • Identify opportunities for new product development or service enhancements based on market demand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • A portfolio of previous sales achievements and, if applicable, key projects or clients managed.
  • A strong existing network of contacts in the real estate or related industries is a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
